If there was a uniform for Summer, I'm certain that shorts would be apart of it. Along with sunglasses and gladiator sandals for the Summer of '08.
I've never been a huge of shorts. (I might have a little complex about my thighs), but I've always thought that those who can pull them off look gorgeous.
